About the Course

Yoga is an ancient practice that harmonizes the mind, body, and spirit through a combination of physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. It enhances flexibility, strength, and balance while reducing stress and promoting mental clarity. Suitable for all levels, yoga encourages self-awareness, relaxation, and a deeper connection to your inner self, helping you cultivate both physical vitality and emotional well-being.


Yoga Classes Provided:

  • Complimentary Group Yoga Class: Every Monday and Thursday, 7:00–8:00 AM

  • Private Yoga Class (Maximum 2 persons): 2,500 Baht


All classes are suited for beginners.

Advanced booking of 12 hours is required.

Your Instructor

Saowaluck Kawvijit (Tanny)

With over 16 years of teaching experience, Tanny specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Meditation, and Therapeutic Yoga. She is a Senior Yoga Teacher Trainer at Sanskar Yogashala School in Rishikesh, India, and is passionate about guiding guests toward balance, strength, and inner peace.
